At BasketballHoops.com, we want to ensure you find the perfect rim for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the hoop, backboard, or accessories in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for in-ground systems.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
